What Employees Really Want (Part 1): Good Coworkers

I’ve found that companies can spend a lot of money on benefits, prizes, awards, fancy coffee, and sport tickets, but one of the things we all want is good coworkers.
There is nothing like having fellow employees who have—

  • Skills – Ability to do the job well, reliably, and consistently.
  • Brains – Ability to understand and learn from new information.
  • Desire – Motivation to do this particular task, to sell this product, to make a difference in this company, and to handle tasks in a timely manner.

Coworkers like these make the day fly by, the work light, and the heart joyous.
